QUICLIX – TERMS OF USE, SERVICE CONDITIONS & PLATFORM POLICIES

1. ABOUT QUICLIX

   Quiclix is a technology platform owned and operated by Salespeed Innovative Private Limited. The platform enables Users to connect with independent third-party Service Providers for various services.

 

Quiclix does NOT provide services directly and does NOT employ any service professionals. All services are provided by independent Providers.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

   By accessing, registering, or using the Quiclix platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, including all policies such as Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Cancellation Policy.

 

If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. DEFINITIONS

   Platform: Quiclix mobile app/website

   User: Customer booking services

   Provider: Registered service agency/vendor

   Service Professional: Individual engaged by Provider

   Booking: Confirmed service request

   OTP/Happiness Code: Service completion verification

================ USER TERMS =================

 

4. ELIGIBILITY

   User must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.

 

5. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

   User is responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and all activities under their account.

 

6. SERVICE FLOW

   User places booking → Provider receives request → Provider assigns Service Professional → Service completed → OTP confirmation.

 

7. PRICING

   Prices may be fixed, estimated, or inspection-based. Final charges may vary based on actual work done.

 

8. PAYMENTS

   Payment can be made via UPI, Card, Wallet, or COD.

   Quiclix acts only as a payment facilitator.

 

9. CANCELLATION

   Free cancellation before Provider acceptance.

   Charges may apply after acceptance.

   No cancellation after service has started.

 

10. REFUND POLICY

    Refund may be provided if:

 

- Service not delivered

- Wrong service provided

- Verified complaint

 

No refund if service is completed satisfactorily or customer unavailable.

 

11. REWORK POLICY

    Limited rework window applicable for service defects only.

 

12. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

    User must provide safe working conditions and not misuse services.

 

13. DAMAGE & CLAIMS

    Must be reported within 24 hours. Provider will be responsible.

 

14. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

    No abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or bypassing the platform.

 

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

 

Quiclix does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or quality of services provided by Providers.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quiclix shall not be liable for:

 

- Any damages arising from use or inability to use the platform

- Errors or inaccuracies in listings or transactions

- Actions, omissions, or misconduct of Providers or Service Professionals

 

Maximum liability shall be limited to ₹5,000 or service value (whichever is lower).

================ PROVIDER TERMS =================

 

16. PROVIDER STATUS

    Provider is an independent contractor and not an employee, agent, or partner of Quiclix.

 

17. ONBOARDING

    Provider must submit KYC, business proof, and bank details.

 

18. SERVICE RESPONSIBILITY

    Provider is solely responsible for service delivery, quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

 

19. SERVICE PROFESSIONALS

    Provider is fully responsible for hiring, verification (including police verification), training, supervision, and conduct of Service Professionals.

 

Quiclix has NO direct relationship with Service Professionals.

 

20. PAYMENTS

    Commission will be deducted by Quiclix. Remaining amount settled to Provider.

 

21. SERVICE QUALITY

    Provider must maintain professional standards and comply with all applicable laws.

 

22. CUSTOMER INTERACTION

    Provider and Service Professionals must maintain professional and respectful conduct.

 

23. INDEMNITY

    Provider agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quiclix, its company, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from:

 

- Service delivery

- Actions of Service Professionals

- Customer disputes

- Legal violations

 

24. NON-CIRCUMVENTION

    Provider shall not bypass the platform or engage in direct transactions with customers obtained through Quiclix.

 

25. DATA PRIVACY

    Provider shall not misuse or disclose customer data.

 

26. PENALTIES & TERMINATION

    Quiclix reserves the right to impose penalties, suspend, or terminate Provider accounts for violations or misconduct.

================ SERVICE PROFESSIONAL TERMS =================

 

27. RELATIONSHIP

    Service Professional is engaged by Provider and not by Quiclix.

 

28. REGISTRATION

    Registration is done through Provider with valid documents.

 

29. SERVICE EXECUTION

    Service Professional must complete assigned work and close service using OTP.

 

30. CONDUCT

    Professional behavior is mandatory. Fraud, theft, harassment, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited.

 

31. PAYMENT

    Payments are handled solely by Provider. Quiclix is not responsible.

 

32. LIABILITY

    Service Professional is responsible for their actions, including any damage or misconduct.

 

33. TERMINATION

    Provider has full authority to onboard or remove Service Professionals.

================ PAYMENT, REFUND & CANCELLATION =================

 

34. PAYMENT FLOW

    Customer → Quiclix → Provider

 

35. PLATFORM FEES

    Commission and/or convenience fee may apply.

 

36. REFUND PROCESS

    Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after verification within a reasonable timeline.

 

37. CANCELLATION CHARGES

    Before acceptance: Free

    After acceptance: Chargeable

    After service start: Not allowed

38. PRIVACY POLICY

    Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy.

 

By using the platform, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your information in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

================ SAFETY & FRAUD CONTROL =================

 

39. SECURITY SYSTEM

    OTP verification, GPS tracking, and call monitoring may be used to ensure safety and service quality.

 

40. FRAUD CONTROL

    Quiclix reserves the right to monitor activities and take strict action against suspicious or fraudulent behavior.

================ LEGAL TERMS =================

 

41. NO LIABILITY

    Quiclix shall not be liable for service execution, damages, losses, fraud, or misconduct by Providers or Service Professionals.

 

42. DISCLAIMER

    The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind.

 

43. INDEMNIFICATION

    You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Salespeed Innovative Private Limited, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, or legal actions arising from:

 

- Your use of the platform

- Violation of these Terms

- Infringement of any third-party rights

 

44. TERMINATION

    Quiclix reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without prior notice in case of:

 

- Violation of Terms

- Fraud or misuse

 

Users may terminate their account at any time by contacting support.

 

45. FORCE MAJEURE

    Quiclix shall not be liable for delays or failure due to events beyond control, including natural disasters or government actions.

 

46. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

    All disputes shall be resolved through arbitration. Jurisdiction: Patna, Bihar.

 

47. GOVERNING LAW

    These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

 

48. MODIFICATIONS

    Quiclix reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

================ PENALTY, CHARGES & ENFORCEMENT POLICY ================

 

49. PENALTY FRAMEWORK

 

Quiclix reserves the right to impose penalties, deductions, or corrective actions on Providers for non-compliance with platform standards, policies, or service expectations.

 

Penalties may include but are not limited to:

 

- Late arrival or delay in service

- Cancellation after accepting booking

- No-show for confirmed booking

- Poor service quality

- Customer complaints (validated)

- Misconduct or unprofessional behavior

- Fraudulent activity

- Overcharging customers

- Attempt to bypass platform (offline dealing)

- Use of fake documents

- Safety violations

50. TYPES OF PENALTIES

 

Depending on the severity of the violation, Quiclix may take one or more of the following actions:

 

- Monetary penalty (deduction from earnings)

- Temporary suspension of account

- Permanent deactivation

- Reduction in booking allocation

- Legal action (in severe cases)

51. PENALTY DEDUCTION

 

- Penalties may be directly deducted from Provider’s wallet, earnings, or pending settlements.

- Provider agrees to such deductions without dispute upon violation confirmation.

52. REPEAT VIOLATIONS

 

- Repeated violations may result in stricter penalties.

- Multiple complaints or misconduct cases may lead to permanent removal from platform.

53. SERVICE PROFESSIONAL PENALTIES

 

Provider is responsible for enforcing penalties on their Service Professionals.

 

Quiclix shall not directly penalize Service Professionals but may:

 

- Direct Provider to take action

- Suspend Provider account for failure to control personnel

54. CUSTOMER-RELATED PENALTIES

 

Quiclix may also take action against Users for:

 

- Fake bookings

- Repeated cancellations

- Misbehavior

 

Actions may include:

 

- Account suspension

- Booking restrictions

55. FINAL DECISION RIGHTS

 

All penalty decisions made by Quiclix shall be final and binding.

 

Quiclix reserves full discretion in determining:

 

- Violation severity

- Penalty amount

- Enforcement action

56. NO LIABILITY FOR PENALTY ACTION

 

Provider agrees that penalty enforcement is part of platform governance and shall not hold Quiclix liable for any loss of income, reputation, or business arising from such actions.
