This Cancellation Policy governs all bookings made on the Quiclix platform.

 

“Quiclix is a technology platform that connects Users with independent Service Providers. Quiclix does NOT provide services directly.”

 

By using the platform, Users, Providers, and Service Professionals agree to this policy.

2. GENERAL TERMS

 

- Cancellations must be made through the Quiclix app or official customer support

- Cancellation eligibility and charges depend on:

  - Service type

  - Timing of cancellation

  - Resource allocation

- Cancellation charges, if applicable, will be displayed during booking or communicated

3. FREE CANCELLATION

 

- Cancellation is FREE if done before Provider accepts the booking

- No charges applicable

4. AFTER PROVIDER ACCEPTANCE

 

- Cancellation may attract charges

  - Time remaining before service

  - Service type

  - Preparation or allocation done

 

- Repeated cancellations may result in:

  

  - Account restrictions

  - Temporary suspension

5. AFTER SERVICE START

 

- Cancellation is NOT allowed

- Full or partial amount may be charged

10. SERVICE UNAVAILABILITY

 

If Provider cancels or is unavailable:

 

- Booking may be reassigned to another Provider, OR

- Booking may be cancelled

 

User will be offered:

 

- Full refund OR

- Rescheduling option

If Provider/Service Professional fails to arrive:

 

- Booking may be reassigned or cancelled

- User may be eligible for refund

  - Natural disasters
